RefectoCil Blond nr. 0 moet worden aangemaakt met de RefectoCil oxidant 3% crème en is alleen te gebruiken op de wenkbrauwen.
Mengverhouding: 2 cm verf : 25 druppels oxidant 3% crème. LET OP: de oxidant wordt niet meegeleverd, deze dient apart besteld te worden.
