2Cosmetics regulations

All cosmetic products on this website fall under the European Cosmetics Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009. This means every product is notified to the European Commission, has a responsible person in the EU and carries the mandatory labelling: ingredients list, expiry date or period after opening, batch number and warnings. Goedkoopverzenden BV acts as a distributor and buys exclusively from recognised European wholesalers, so that these guarantees remain intact. On receipt we check the seal, the labelling and the shelf life and store everything dry, dark and at room temperature. All prices on this website include 21% VAT. More on our page safe & genuine.

In plain language: everything we sell has been placed on the market according to European rules, with a European label and a traceable batch number. You do not notice any of that, except that you get exactly the same product as in the shop.

3Brands and wholesalers

We are an independent retailer and not an official brand store. The brand names and logos on this website (including Maybelline, L'Oréal Paris, Max Factor, Pupa Milano, Rimmel London, Bourjois, Gillette, Wilkinson Sword, RefectoCil, Garnier, CeraVe, Avène, NIVEA, Essence, Catrice, NYX, OPI and Weleda) are the property of their respective trademark holders and are used solely to describe the genuine products we buy and sell through recognised wholesalers.

In plain language: genuine brand products, bought from the same wholesalers as the shops. We are only cheaper because we work differently.

4Disputes

Belgian law applies to every agreement, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of the country where you, as a consumer, have your habitual residence.
