Description
Vamp! Eye Pencil is an ultra-soft eye pencil that glides easily over the skin. The eye pencil is waterproof, does not smudge and is super opaque thanks to the high colour pigment. Can be used as an eyeliner to outline the eye contour or as a kajal to intensify the gaze.
