The first time you use it, it is important to turn the ring about 10 times to get the air out of the pump and bring the liquid up. Step 2: Apply the concealer under the eyes to cover dark circles, in a shade lighter than your skin. Step 3: Apply the concealer to red spots to visibly even out the skin.
