How do you use Maybelline New York Brow Ultra Slim 02 Soft Brown?
Step 1: Draw thin little lines that look like hairs. Draw in the direction of the natural hair growth. Start in the middle of the brow and work outwards. Keep the inner part of the brows subtle for a natural-looking effect.
Step 2: Blend the eyebrow pencil into the brows. Comb through the brows with the brow brush. The result? Beautiful, filled brows.
